You enter the Pokemon Center.  You use your Pokebox, then decide to rest for a moment.  As you sit you look around the place.  You see a board hanging on the wall that looks to be some sort of Hall of Fame.  You decide to take a closer look.

After that you see two people talking about the power plant.  You couldn't help but overhear.

    "What, that can't be true."
    "But I swear!  I was just at the power plant and I saw it!"
    "It hasn't been proven that that Pokemon even exists!"
    "I'm sure of it.  It zapped my Pokemon and forced me to come here since they are in need of medical aid!"
    "There are dozens of Pikachu and Voltorb in that plant.  It was just probably one of them that fried your Pokemon."
    "But I could've sworn that I saw it..."

After listening in on that conversation you decide that you're ready to do some more exploring of the town.  After hearing that conversation you're itching to see what all the commotion there was at the power plant.  You head back out into the city.
